hi everyone. I'm new to this Royal Mail thing so I hope everyone is gonna be nice lol. Been doing this job for about a month so far. currently on a fixed term contract for 6months but hopefully it gets extended. in terms of actually doing the job it seems good. the only bad thing is in regards to the weather. I hate the rain and the cold but I guess this is England so I should be used to this weather by now lol. I hope its not just because I'm new to the job but I actually really enjoy it. Hopefully I will be around for along time. Any advice on how to make things easier is much appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome mate.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
