Who do i post exp of wish form to?
Who do i send agreement to work additional hours to?
How do i find out employee number?
Or will i just take them all on the induction day?

You could take them with you. Make sure you take the email you got from HR offering you the job and photo ID with you to. Although I have noticed some post comments on here saying that ID isn't checked on induction. I'm taking everything with me on the induction day just incase and if not needed then I've got them for when I start the next day, when I can ask my manager :). Good luck with it all.
