TBH this is to be expected as the more people work to their times the more grief its causes the doms
if people are not willing ot work over their time then they are the ones who have to work out what to do.
not your problem
if people want OT then fair play to them but if dont/cant do OT then thats not your prob

Its exactly the same in our office,as long as the mails going out the door managers dont give a f**k, they will keep picking up their bonuses, off the back of us.

Tell them your cutting off, they hate it, tell them your doing the job properly they hate it, basically i just think their lazy f**kers who want an easy life with no hassle.

What f**ks me off now is arse licking posties helping them out, doing their jobs e.g ordering re-direction labels, sorting walks, ordering uniform etc.. all this while the managers continue to s**t on us.

What also dont help is the car culture idiots and posties continuosly coming in an hour before their duty commences.......is this a national disease nationwide within the industry?

.....if so we're all finished :wave :wave :wave

Good on you mate, what do Royal mail expect, they have taken you on as a part-time member of staff!
Over-time is up to you, if they pressure you mention the harassment, but they cannot force you to go over your hours!
:Boo hoo! Here is the world smallest violin playing for the manager who has to take the rest of your mail out!
