hello to all, i work as a collection driver and work a wally week system, i work my normal mon - fri then do a saturday collection
the saturdays are banked for 5 weeks and i take the 6th week off (wally week)
but what happens if you are sick and cant work one of the saturdays? i was told you don't qualify for the wally week off,
but this cant be true as you would have only lost one of the five days
