Packages from romania
I have 2 packages coming from Romania one has been delivered, the posta Romania track and trace said item left Bucharest on the 7th but there is no info saying arrived at Heathrow which other package did say, does this mean it's been lost im very confused about track and trace why would one say arrived at Heathrow and other has no info at all only shipped from Romania on the 7th, it has my address, I've received a few items from Romania first time this has happened. If anyone can offer me any advice i'd b grateful.

No its probably not lost just caught up in Customs doing an inspection. They don't check everything that comes through, but sometimes they select a batch and check those very thoroughly. Unfortunately when they do it can cause some extensive delays. 4 weeks is not unheard.
