Relating to the original post - might this all have something to do with managers allegedly getting a bonus or
improved bonus if the 'Tracked' delivered first time rate is of a certain percentage coming up to Christmas?

Apparently DOMs are being payed 6p per successfully delivered tracked items :crazy:
