RM continue to insist that delivery to neighbour can be absorbed in outdoor duty time.
The CWU have argued that the planning value established by the Industrial Engineers should be applied through the national tools. Whole outdoor delivery times needs to be reviewed and national tools adjusted to reflect the actual time at the doorstep and includes relaxation values on longer outdoor spans. Talks have reached stalemate.
RM have proposed non biding mediation and have approached ACAS. The CWU maintains it's position.
