I sent a letter from Thailand and it said it was delivered.

Latest update: Delivered
Your item, posted on 07/10/16 with reference RRxxxxxxxxTH was delivered in WEST PDO on 10/10/16.

Does it mean i was delivered at the address? It was updated before 8 am, is it possible?
It's Independent Talent Group address, so it opens at 9.30 am. I don't know if it really delivered.

If they get lots of items that need signing for, they might get a bulk delivery direct from their local mail centre
