3 Month Contract

Hi Al!

I've had my email through offering me a position for Postman with driving, and it states it is a '3 Month Fixed Term Contract'.

Is this normal as a probation period, or is it likely to be a temporary position?

I don't recall seeing that it was a 3 month contract when I initially applied for the position, as this probably would have put me off in the first place!

Any input/experience would be greatly appreciated :-)

Lots of people have had 3 month contracts and normally as long as you work hard and keep your nose clean it just keeps getting extended and carries on rolling along.
