A postman is one of more than 500 people in the UK who have donated one of their kidneys to a stranger since the law changed a decade ago.

Carl Pinder, 59, made the life-saving donation earlier this year and is now back at work on his round in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

Although the donation process is anonymous, Carl and the lady he helped hope to meet next year.
