Parcel, international tracked and signed for, number: RN090286180GB that was posted on 12th of September from London to Croatia/Zagreb has last tracking update on 13th of September and it says:ON ITS WAY TODELIVERY OFFICE, COUNTRY UNKNOWN. What is happening? What does this tracking mean? 2 other parcels posted on same date by same person arrived today (16th) without any problems.What happened and when this parcel can be expected?
Thank you for the help, we are very worried and upset here as this parcel contains sentimental memories....

sorry but you wont be able to get any help for this on here its way too vague. On the positive side, almost all parcels do arrive eventually, its most likely its held up somewhere, where that could be is impossible for us to know. You can try royal mail customer services 0345 774 0740 I doubt theyll be able to help you much either but at least you can get it flagged on the system.

Thank you for your answer! Do you maybe know for what does status: unknown country stand for? I know sometimes parcels go to wrong country but i dont understand what does unknown country mean? Maybe u guys are familiar with it!
