so i had a package dispatched from uk to portugal

seller used royalmail

royalmail tracking:

Latest update: It's on its way
Your item, posted on 09/09/16 with reference xxxxxxxxxx has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in SPAIN AND CANARY ISLANDS.

today is 15/9 and still no info in gls website if i try to track the package

is this normal?

It will first have to reach the GLS hub in Germany. btw what's in the package, anything in there that could be considered a "no fly" item?

no, it´s only a jacket

btw delivery in spain?

if i live in portugal?


p.s. where i can make a written complain about royalmail working with gls for delivering items in portugal? i neved had a item that i didnt have any kind of problem when gls is delivering the package

Its not going by GLS, but Correos do show tracking:

Try - https://royalmailemailform.datasquirt.c ... actus.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; however as the receiver, not the sender Royal Mail have no contract with you so would not be required in law to process your query.

So who is Going to make the distribution? Gls or correosspain/correos Portugal?

It would be a guess but I would say Correos Portugal.

|t's probably going via correos as I would expect one or the other to show tracking details, not both

so correos spain now make distribution of objects that come from uk to portugal?

because last time was gls
