Hi officer.
My tracking number is RN067819640GB and it is traveling from Britain to The USA. The last message on the tracking website says that it is on this way TOHWDC SIGNED FOR ROAD 3. And it keep that state for a week already. Could you please check it for me? It should not be like that way. Thanks a lot. :nana

We are not Royal Mail, we are an independent site, so we have no means of checking it for you. We can only offer advice.

You are correct that your item should have proceeded to despatch by now. A long delay at that stage of the process often means that your parcel is suspected to contain items that are not allowed to travel by aeroplane. What are the contents of the parcel?
