Hey. I boght a an iten from ebay and the seller send me on Standard Int'l Postage. It was supposed to arrive to Portugal until 26 August and i didnt received yet. What can i do?

Check exactly what you agreed with the seller (in writing) and, if they committed to get the time to you by now, put in a claim on Pay Pal. It is the seller's responsibility to get the item to you on time, the failure of the mail system is the seller's problem, not yours.

If its not tracked then the Spanish Postal Operator, Correos I think.
