Locked for 2 reasons - Now unlocked by request

Thread was hijacked - off topic material will be deleted

Too much personal abuse - again will be deleted

Also too much political meanderings - please if you wish to discuss immigration or racism please find a suitable forum for it. We try to be a postal board and whilst politics can come into it we don't want it to take over teh threads.

4 pages of off topic politics and abusive comments deleted. Sorry lads if you cant keep the politics on thread or without abuse then perhaps this board is not for you.

I have left some off topic comments on this thread that are either interesting, easy to read or add something of interest to the thread. Could I also ask people to use English instead of texteese some of the posts I have deleted I did so because they were difficult to read and did not add any information to the thread.

If you do want to discuss politics in a major way then please pop over to http://www.politic.co.uk/ or similar sites. :Very Happy :Very Happy :Very Happy

Don't start

Anyway, could you translate this for me?

"Your neighbour is out - could you sign for their packet / letter?"

"Your neighbour is out - could you look after their packet / letter?"

"I will give them a card so they know you have their packet / letter?"

Cheers Harry :dance

Top lads! The Romans had to build two walls to keep them in, so they must have been a bit hard.

Will try and find out smokerJim... :hmmmm

I've not been working with too many Poles this week, but from the ones I have spoke to, there doesn't seem to be an out and out abusive word, such as Scab. But they do have the word strike-breaker. Which phonetically is -

Whammy-strike!!!

One to remember :cool
