Is my parcel stuck or lost at Heathrow DC?

My parcel tracking no RB002825751LA has moved since the 9th of August. Do you think its been misplaced. Thankyou anyone.

No I think its being checked by Customs, especially so considering its country of origin. At the moment I think Customs always keep an eye on stuff coming from South East Asia just because of the number of counterfeit goods that originate there. Even if yours is legit, it still slows it down, 4 weeks delay is not unusual unfortunately.

Please help me. Two of my mails, that are sent from Hungary are in GBLALA when tracking. Tracking number is RR,322471557,HU and RR,322471543,HU. They haven't been returned to the sender's address, which is in England. According to the Hungarian Post Office they have arrived to the destination country (GB), so its not up to them anymore to handle the case. What can you suggest\ what are my options to get my letters back?

I've had a look at the tracking for one of those items, it was sent from Hungary on 12/08 and arrived in GBLALA on 15/08, so it's the usual issue of customs delays. Unfortunately, it's not unusual for items to take 2-4 weeks to clear UK customs at the moment.

There is no way of getting your items back. Once customs have been cleared, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to the stated address, only if this fails will RM attempt delivery to the return address.

In general, I would recommend writing a return address in the country of origin. One or two countries (e.g. Canada) will reject items bearing a return address not in the country the item was sent from, and some mail operators will refuse parcels in the same circumstances.

Thank you for the quick respond. Is there any custom for parcels from the EU? I have not experienced that so far.
The sender`s address is in England, so it should not take too long to get it back, hence I do not understand why are they missing for 15 days.

Not for Tax or VAT, but they do have to do checks for banned, illegal or dangerous items. If it is going to a UK address.

Also I am a little confused you say the sender is in UK but the tracking has a HU end code, if it was a UK sender it would end GB.

If the UK address has sent it back with the same HU number (possible) then the return service is very slow as its an unpaid service.

I read this as the items were posted in Hungary to an address in the UK, but the sender stated a return address in the UK on the outside of the parcel. This is consistent with the tracking on the parcel that I checked (didn't check the other as I only had my mobile phone to hand and it's a bit awkward to do).

It isn't missing as such, it appears to be stuck in customs, where there is no tracking, this regularly takes 2-4 weeks at the moment. Putting a UK return address will not make this faster.
