Hello All,

I have two items coming from Israel to the UK. They are both showing the status ON ITS WAY TOILC MAIL CENTRE. I am wondering what this means? I have phoned RM and they are not able to tell me where they are, all i ever get is "They will be delivered within next couple of days". My problem is, one of the parcels have had this status since 15/08/2016 and the other since 02/08/2016. :arrrghhh

Any help will be much appreciated.

ILC is another name for HWDC - the international Mail centre.

It has to go through customs and be cleared first before RM can deliver it. That's probably where it's held up and unfortunately, there isn't much RM can do.

Yes - anything longer than 4 weeks and I would start complaining vociferously.
