Hi, not sure if I write on the right place, but.. if you could give me an answer, I will be grateful - I am wondering what is a recommended parcel doing on the Heathrow DC without been sorted out after a 8 days staying there. I looked on the Royal mail site, but they have no available information yet. They even don't have the info that this parcel is at Heathrow DC. I will say again that it was payed recommended and with track.No. I have sent it from Bulgaria on 12th Aug. and it entered UK on 15th. Since then there is no information about it.

It will be stuck in customs, as with so many other enquires on this site. Customs do not seem to give any priority to items sent recommended.

Any other suggestions, please..... How can I look for a parcel in a remote country without any hope for cooperation from the official post service in UK. I am stuck here as well as the parcel that I sent to the UK recipient. I tried with our posts, with RM, with Trackitonline.ru, but no information from anywhere. This is ridiculous. I don't know if it is our Bulgarian postal services to blame or the British post services. Anyway, the result is the same. The recipient is very angry, she paid and received nothing. Is there a way to contact the Custom services at the Heathrow airport?
