smoking on delivery

I quit 15 years ago but that's not the issue here is it..A woman asking G.P if he's allowed to smoke..as i have it as long as it isn't in an ENCLOSED PUBLIC SPACE then it's fine,she's probably just sour cos she got her giro late during the strikes..if that were the case i would be in trouble as i stop in my van sometimes to have breakfast..never been challenged for it though..If you want to smoke that's your right.(at least for the moment) so enjoy!!

I know you can't smoke in vans etc. however when i'm out on delivery, i wait untill i've finished a part of it ie the rural then after my walkie bit then after my packets. No one has ever said anything to me about it as i'm not in my van just stood by it, sometimes you have people look at you as if to say lazy git but hay we are entitled to a break are we not.
