lost parcel

Hmmmmm
It seems as though someone has removed my last post. Lets see if this survives - its all perfectly true - I need my parcel.
This is the post I have placed on facebook................................................
Royal Mail - otherwise known as right royal **** up
My parcel was sent from China and only took 3 days to get to the Royal Mail "Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre" Not too bad I thought....
Royal Mail has still not delivered it - they received it on 23rd July
its now 18th August. - theres no direct phone number for HWDC and all their automated services are a joke. When I finally contacted a human !!! Royal Mail customer services say they cant help me as the dont know where it is. I have been on the phone solid for 2 days and spoken with Royal mail several times,as well as HMRC thinking it may be stuck in customs, Border Force in case they think its a suspicious parcel and God knows who else. (at premium rate)
What a waste of time - they just dont care and you can forget about finding anyone with information, common sense or even a good command of the english language. I'm absolutely astounded how an operation with this level of responsibility can survive without any accountability to its customers. Its disgraceful.
Oh and by the way - Royal Mail customer services tell me that I cant open an enquiry - it has to come from China??? and they cant give me a direct number for anyone in authority at HWDC
Eventually I will find it and someone will pay for my frustrations. Grrrr :
