You should also mention to them that in the case of a fire in the office you would be severely restricted in any exceptional actions you may need to make in order to evacuate yourself and others from the building. For example how the hell you are going to get out of an inferno when you might have to crawl along the ground below smoke level I've no idea. Can you crawl with one hand??? I don't think so.

In such a case and you don't make it out because of your disability your DOM or RM will be done for corporate manslaughter. Insist they do a risk assessment and make provisions for your lack of psychical ability in an emergency.

Can you travel safely on the bus with only one hand??? There is also the danger of your commute to think of.

Yes gentlemen you have answered the questions admirably.
If RM wish to contact you at home give them your email address
Take there's down too. It will likely be their full name followed by
Royalmail.com managers hate opg's contacting them by email but do not worry
When harassing you on your private mobile. Why anybody would give managers their own private mobile numbers
Are beyond me. They can contact you through your PDA's.
Send them an email saying due to powerful medication which you have been subscribed
And the erratic sleeping patterns ONLY contact me by email please
And the doctor has administered REST. This way you have followed all the legal procedures
And have obtained a full paper trail. This will annoy the hell out of them as they will try to pester you at home
But by doing one email you have pre emptied them annoying you whilst off SICK and following RM's procedures protocols and full guidelines.
