Waiting list candidate

Post by marcopolo »

Hi all, recently had interview and got the reply of "we cannot offer you a job due to other candidates scoring higher" etc but passed the interview, I've seen other roles since and have sent an email to the HR team about which ones I'm interested in. How successful have waiting list candidates been? And roughly how long does it take to get a response on whether they'll offer you a job or not? Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the reply. That status of "waiting list-fl" changed to unsuccessful. Since then I've emailed myapplication and not a single response. I job I asked to be considered for was taken off then put back up, so I applied the normal way, done tests etc, only to get an email yesterday saying I'm unsuccessful? (Not from my application) starting to lose hope in ever getting a job with RM.
