Interview

Post by Bjs »

Hey,

I'm so glad I have found this chat room as it's very helpful. I have my first interview for a postman this Thursday morning in Croydon. (I won't be based there, just where I got to go for interview).

I have copied and pasted the interviews questions and have typed in my answers so I can read them over and over again. Hopefully some of these questions will come up!

I have got all my forms photo copied and ready.

I think I'm ready and raring to go. One question that might come up in the interview is: what is the Royal Mail morals and ethics? What would be your answers on that?

Thanks

Its usually local managers that do the interview not trained HR personnel so its unlikely you'll get that sort of question.

However, if you want to prepare yourself just in case - here is Royal Mail Groups Corporate Responsibility Report link http://www.royalmailgroup.com/responsibility/cr-reports" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
