Same old lines, "I can't afford to lose money", "I'm not in the union", etc, etc.

Leaves a nasty taste in the mouth!

I just hope in the future that these ass-wipes need our support for whatever reason. I'll be more than happy to go and tell em to fook off!!!!!

:cfo :lfo
i think when we go back next week the sh1ts going hit the fan in more then a few offices. a lot of strike breakers will do well to keep their heads down and their mouths shut.

Any Waverers in your office?

Post by thekiddykid »

We had 15 go in yesterday, out of an office of 130ish. None of our top class letter sorters were there, in fact i wondered what some of them actually did for 6hrs 20mins!!!! Lots of brown noses i bet when they left...
i just wish the WHOLE office would just ignore these traitors and oh how i am waiting for one of these strike breakers to request some assistance from our union rep!!!! Go f**k yourself would be my less than politically correct reply.... but boy oh boy how good would it make me feel!!! Ignore the B******s

Found out today we had a scab work friday (more than likely saturday as well)
we had a very strong picket duty on friday and we thought no one got through,
we can only guess the screws either sneaked the bastard in or prepped his mail and dropped it off for him,
he delivered to the mother of one of our workmates so it's beyond doubt,
we know who he is, he's a young lad with an aversion to soap and deodorant, i swear to god, u have never come across a smell like it, this guy reeks to high heaven, he can literally go a full week without showering or changing his clothes, he wasn't popular in our office because of this, less so now we know he's a judas.
i've spread the word to my colleagues, he's gonna get a frosty reception to say the least.

You can actually get a manager to have a chat with him about personal hygiene. It happened to a mate o mine. He tipped 6hrs straight on a blistering hot day and someone complained. His response was, whoever complained can tip for 6hrs in this mad summer heat, i accept your complaint so im on the meter from now on i guess. As much as the manager was bemused , my m8 was right.... Stinky ol bloke.

WE CALL THEM 'strike breakers'

Post by GONZO1967 »

JUST A SHORT NOTE TO ALL THE strike breakers IN THE GLASGOW MAIL CENTRE - YOU WILL NEED THE SUPPORT OF THE C.W.U. ONE DAY, MIGHT NOT BE SOON BUT IT WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO YOUR FELLOW WORKERS BY WALKING OR IN SOME CASES HIDING IN THE BACK OF VANS CROSSING OUR PICKET LINE. WHY DON'T THE strike breakers THAT HAVE CROSSED OUR PICKET LINES RESIGN FROM THE C.W.U. AND DO US ALL A FAVOUR.

Spock, we were all at work until duties starting at or after 12pm last Thursday. There wouldnt be any picket lines in deliveries until Friday. In a DO, everyone would be working until Friday. Not strike breakers mate.

Maybe owe Gateshead DO an apology?

Umm we had a picket line at 12.01 on Thursday to stop anyone crossing or thinking of it for collections. The main reason though was to upset the DOM and it worked apparently.
