Have just been gathering the documents required for my interview . What is the Occupational Health folk like? I have a few issues that would mean me not using a bag. Applied for postie with driving.
Cheers.

If you cannot use a bag on a trolley how could you be a postman?
They will phrase more questions around this.

Night Owl,
at some point, even if you don't carry a bag around on your shoulder on delivery, you will be probably be required to lift/move bags of parcels to sort
to a frame, lift/move bags into/onto trolleys and into/out of vehicles and pick bundles of letters/small parcels out of those bags.
There can be significant upper body twisting/turning when you are sorting at a frame and don't even mention bending down to floor level
letterboxes out on the walk.
Do you think you will be able to carry out these tasks considering your situation?

I was mainly concerned with the weight. All these things cited are what the OH are for! Reasonable adjustments- hence why RM have the two tick standard.
