do I have to work at least one shift every single week for AWR

just started workin for angard , I was told after 12 weeks pay rate will increase , what I am not sure about is do I have to work at least one shift every single week for the 12 weeks as I often cant get thru to even get to do one shift a week , I have done 3 shifts so far over last 5 weeks ??? can anyone help me with this please

Am pretty sure its just twelve pay slips you need over however many weeks. Took me 15 weeks to do it. If you dont do a shift for 6 weeks you are back to week 1 though. Hard to get the shifts this time of year but if you can manage it then you should be on AWR come the xmas run up which will be lots of shifts and worth your while.
