That overtime NOW, if taken up by people, won't make up for the losses if RM get their own may, don't you think?

Quite true, but it does show how quickly they come running to the staff to pull them out of the sh1t when all there devious plans of using casuals in a outhouse fail. hopefully they wont have that many people taking it up with the Rugby being on on Saturday Night

our office is worse than ever,its chock full of unsorted mail,and i cant see it getting any better,there is less sorting getting done than before the strikes,and they are still wheeling it in..

yet no night shift or anybody staying in to do the sorting,so if the managers arent making an effort to get it done,then there is no need for us to neither..

the way its going at our place(and everywhere else i expect)its heading for meltdown...there is a serious health and safety issue and nobody can hardly move.....

Isnt it about time that the grossly unfair practice of ghost overtime was stopped in ALL offices.
Since croziers announcement on national tv regarding CWU reluctance to give up "spanish practices" it seems that RM are more reliant than ever on ghost overtime to clear the backlog.
For those of us who are reps can i suggest that we all write to our doms and demand that ghost overtime is ceased, we can use the IR framework to prove that it is not us but them who want so called spanish practices to remain.
