If you think those two morons that are running this great institution into the ground really take any notice of whats on here or any notice of what their managers report, then you really do need to wake up. THIS SITE WAS SET UP JUST OVER A YEAR AGO TO GET A COMMUNITY OF ROYAL MAIL GROUP WORKERS TOGETHER.

NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS DID I THINK IT WOULD GET TO WHAT IT IS NOW,AND I ALSO NEVER KNEW THAT THE FEELING OF THE WORKFORCE WOULD BE THE WAY IT IS.
THE FEELINGS,EVEN BEFORE THE CURRENT DSIPUTE ARE MIRRORED ALL OVER THE UK IN,IT SEEMS PRACTICALLY EVERY OFFICE.

THE FACT THAT THE FEELINGS ARE THE WAY THEY ARE PERHAPS TELL ALL THOSE LOOKING IN THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG.

TO THOSE ROYAL MAIL MANAGERS LOOKING IN TRYING TO CATCH POSTERS OUT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Why do you think these two asset strippers are paid the vast amount of money they are. When you get to their level of the capitalist tree you have seen it and done it all. First of all, I hadn't realised that there would be any risk of them taking the emoticons seriously. So I will stop using them (how sad, taking cartoons seriously ).

Secondly, although I usually try to be constructive in my criticisms. You need to take into account how upset, worried and angry most of us are. Because of the serious lack of information, while we make sacrifices to protect the USO, our working conditions and the pensions that most of my collegues have been paying into for many years. It's sometimes hard to be constructive under such circumstances!

Thirdly, if it wasn't for people excersising their right to free speech, things would be much worse. We can get, and give advice, which we wouldn't be able to get elsewhere. It's not only a place for "venting our spleen" you know!
