Bd code offices were all told to stream mail,no one would be paid docket for goi g over until further notice

They aren't, because what happens in REALITY is people are too scared/can't be bothered to claim the overtime, so they win anyway.

Doing it in our office now. Only 1st and 2nd class stamped mail goes. All DSA etc. Is left so you can complete without claiming ot or cutting off.

The next day or days. I'd say it's wilful delay on a big scale but the Dom says he's been told to do it from director level

Few weeks ago couple of Lino's where discussing what to do on a particular heavy day (Tuesday :chuckle ) stream catalogues or virgin A4's.
Was decided to leave both but what came later was all mail once in the delivery office HAS to be treated as first class. Is that correct or scare tactics based on this no ot with extended?
Either way 8 Yorks not delivered that rolled over till Thursday.
