can anyone advise me on holiday s/a payments as it seems very unclear.if you have a weeks holiday and you hold a rotating s/a rest day you would receive payment the following week of a weeks money plus your s/a rest day?if you split a week and booked tuesday and thursday and friday as holiday you would still get paid your s/a for the wednesday and not have to work it?how about if your rest day fell on a saturday and you had booked the thursday friday as holiday would you still get paid your saturday rest day s/a or would you have to book thursday friday and tuesday to get paid your rotating s/a rest days.if the answer is no then that means you get penalised for splitting a week which is wrong because if you had left the weeks as full you would have received 5 s/a rest day payments for the year and by splitting them you lose out in certain circumstances
