You think RM care about your childcare needs? Also I've been in offices with 5pm finishes, winter is no fun at all.

Our DO has 80+ deliveries, feeder mail centre is about 40 miles away. Duties start between 6am - 630 am. Last Tuesday our DOM told us " NO " later start times changes. The present system is working so why late start ??? Most of delivery staff finish round 2 pm and early.

RM want later final acceptance times on Tracked and possibly one wave of sequencing, if one wave gets brought in EVERY DO will have later start times
