SA Agreement

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone has got a link to the latest Sa agreement? I was told I can't give my Sa to an emloyee that will take them over the 12hr Sa allowance and it would have to be booked as overtime if it did. Now I've been told they can't do it as at all and it can't be booked as overtime either. This makes it difficult for me to get it covered as the majority of people who know the job already have 7 or 8 hrs Sa. I only give the odd one away here and there but its made it difficult for me to find someone suitable. A link to the agreement would help me out as I'm sure that wasn't in the agreement when I signed.
