Holiday payments

Hi I wonder if anyone knows about holiday SA payment (12 hour).full timer gets automatically when they go on holiday but as myself part timer how many hours we entitle even though I do 14 hour SA every week.
Does this payment is calculated by (full time ,part time hours) or not

Do u have an sa contract?if so u will get paid what u are contracted for when on leave,if u do ad hoc sa u will not receive the holiday payment because ad hoc sa does not attract the payment

Our office does ad hoc sa and we get paid whilst on leave , it's an average of the four preceding weeks

I thought SA was limited to a maximum of 12 hrs per week?

Thanks for reply guys.I don't hv SA contract I hv normal opg contact (27.5 hours).how do I find about SA and hoc contact?.and yep tiddler sa is limited by 12 hours over that will b paid normally.
