WANKARD waste of time

So WANKARD(angard) keep enrolling new staff for ROYAL MAIL.
My question is if you have 60 available shifts and you have 150 casuals on books how the f**k does everyone get a shift.
There recruitment process is a joke, new staff in old staff not a shift in sight.
Either ROYAL MAIL doing a tax scam or WANKARD extorting money out of ROYAL MAIL. Why is no one doing anything to help already existing staff.
And then your come down to the ARSE KISSERS and the staff that couldn't get any further up managers arses if they tried.
A JOKE.
To all the people who want to sign for WANKARD, DONT. They don't put in contract that yes you get good hourly rate after 12 weeks but it might take 9 months to get there, and then you end up like me and other workers complaining that the hours and shifts have dried up.

CANT EXPLAIN HOW BITTER AND FRUSTRATED I AM AT RELYING ON WANKARD FOR WORK AND BEING SHUT OUT.
AND IM NEVER KISSING ARSE TO GET WORK.

thats easy to work out mate angard recruit staff knowing that it is just for the summer/xmas months, and that u will not really be there for more than 12 weeks so that they dont have to pay u the higher rate, i worked for angard b4 and i went over the 12 weeks working every week no problem but the office i was in just phoned me to come in every day and did not tell angard but sent them my hours at the end of the week, not long after i was on the high rate angard would ring me all the time asking how i was getting so many shifts and i told them that my manager at our office just ring me,,,they where pissed so straight away they wanted me off there books(all because i was on the high rate)

I know this is an old thread but that's not true, Angard make the same profit regardless of what they pay you, They were probably pissed that RM weren't going through them like they're supposed to...When I was on their books I also used to get calls direct from managers to go in every day, Angard never questioned how I was always in work though...in some ways getting a proper contract worked out badly for me...I earned pretty much the same money yearly and i never had to worry about being refused every single holiday I try to book
