If you are a full time driver of 39 Hours whats the daily rest break?
I've heard its 12.5 Hours but I cant find any information relating to this.
The duty's driving content is about 5 Hours per day of driving.

This is working in distribution for network on nights, most of the working time is driving, I beleived the rest break to be as normal 11 hours- Am I right?

Check the link posted above - it does say at least 11 hours rest every day.
So if the company have an official policy of 12.5hours its still within the law. They can't give you less rest, but they can give you more.
For local details on hours etc check with your rep or branch.
