FIRST OF ALL CAN I POINT YOU ALL TO THIS POST I MADE A WHILE AGO.

ALL MEMBERS:VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:PLEASE READ.

ROYAL MAIL MANAGERS ARE SHAMEFULLY LURKING ON THE SITE TRYING TO PICK OUT THE IDENTITY OF THE POSTERS.
WHILE I CAN NOT AT THE MOMENT GO INTO DETAILS,PLEASE CAN YOU READ THE ABOVE LINK AND PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHAT IT SAYS!!

THIS SITE WAS SET UP JUST OVER A YEAR AGO TO GET A COMMUNITY OF ROYAL MAIL GROUP WORKERS TOGETHER.
IT IS HEAVILY INFLUENCED BY POSTMEN AND POSTWOMEN FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS DID I THINK IT WOULD GET TO WHAT IT IS NOW,AND I ALSO NEVER KNEW THAT THE FEELING OF THE WORKFORCE WOULD BE THE WAY IT IS.
THE FEELINGS,EVEN BEFORE THE CURRENT DSIPUTE ARE MIRRORED ALL OVER THE UK IN,IT SEEMS PRACTICALLY EVERY OFFICE.

THE FACT THAT THE FEELINGS ARE THE WAY THEY ARE PERHAPS TELL ALL THOSE LOOKING IN THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG.

TO THOSE ROYAL MAIL MANAGERS LOOKING IN TRYING TO CATCH POSTERS OUT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

AND TO ANY HIGHER UP ROYAL MAIL MANAGEMENT YOU SURELY MUST BE WORRIED ABOUT HOW YOUR STAFF FEEL.

THE BOARD IS HERE TO TELL IT HOW IT IS,AND WHILE THE SITE STAFF TAKES GREAT CARE TO PULL ANY OBSCENE,SLANDEROUS OR LIBELOUS POSTS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO VIEW THEM ALL WITH THE TRAFFIC WE GENERATE.

TO MY MEMORY THERE ARE NO SUCH POSTS OF THAT KIND ON HERE.

POSTS SLAGGING YOU OFF DOES NOT FIT INTO ANY OF THE ABOVE,THE FACT THAT MOST OF YOU WOULD NOT KNOW MAN MANAGEMENT IF IT BIT YOU ON THE ARSE SAYS IT ALL.

PLUS THE FACT THAT MOST OF YOU ARE SO s**t SCARED OF YOUR OWN JOB YOU ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE HUMAN BEINGS FOR A FEW EXTRA QUID.

CRITICISM OF YOU IS JUSTIFIED BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DO TO US ON A DAILY BASIS.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO PM ME IN COMPLETE CONFIDENCE FOR MY PERSONAL DEALINGS AND EXPERIENCES WITH MANAGEMENT.

THEN TELL ME THE POSTINGS ON HERE AREN'T JUSTIFIED.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUSELVES!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I think you need to get rid of the Guest and Hidden options. I noticed there were 54 Guests online the other day and it made me feel a bit :nervous

I agree, it would have to be a manager who personally knows you to work out who you are from your postings :chuckle but as I said before I just don't care anymore :sad:
