How many steps do You take in a working day?

17-19k per day using an accurate pedometer, my duty has 1000+ steps to ascend/descend every day.

I posted something similar a few years back after our revision. I walked 14 miles on a delivery back then and was basically accused of not knowing what im doing and making it up. Since then I've used my cycling gps to log routes and walk, surprise surprise, between 10 and 15 miles depending on the route. Lets face it we clock up those miles boys and girls. :)
