As i said i had heard that a pec meeting was called tonight because RM gave an ultimatium...agree by midnight or its off the table...

I've lost count of the number of times "this has been it".

Tomorrow lunch time there will probably be yet another excuse for delay because the network changes begin on the 22nd.

Just glad LJ has at least given some insight as to what's going on.

And another week goes by....If RM said fridays position stands and PEC rejected it surely next step should be strike dates? What`s to discuss? Surely RM are going to say tomorrow what they said today, fridays position stands, and are just going to 'explain the offer' etc.
Thanks again for the info Lovejoy. Still nothing on CWU website, now that`s an absolute disgrace.

If we reject the deal I would imagine any public sympathy we had will quickly evaporate! whatever happens the union officials that agreed a deal last week should tender their resignations.Its obvious the terms were not acceptable!

If for some reason the membership havnt learnt by now what R.M. ARE UP TO i dont know what will persuade them. methinks this is a fight to the finish.
