What the f**k is happening now?!

Emergency meeting this evening.

I suspect RM had Ward and Hayes over a barrell with the agreement last week, only for the PEC people to realise something was not quite right. That smacks of Ward and Hayes looking for an easy way out in all of this.

If this gets nasty again, why the f**k can't the union counter RM and take them to court for using Eastern European workers during strike days? Ther is no way everything RM are doing is above board - the CWU must look at every f***ing loophole possible to get these f***ers brought into line.

Jeezus, i'm f***ing fuming again - these two cnuts (( :cfo :lfo )) are f***ing playing this for laughs.

Union should have kept the strikes going then there wouldnt have been wildcat strikes, i fear that this week is a turning point as our position has been weakened, rm now know when they need to buy some time start talking, no good deal keep the strikes up no stopping for talks.

Lets not forget the court ruling. CWU would have been in the s**t had they not called off this week and we sure would have been weakend.

Fair enough. BUT why not set new dates immediately with the CORRECT wording? The mandate had been given. The ink wasn't even dry on the injunction when the deal was struck. Adam Crozier has stated that the deal agreed & SIGNED BY B HAYES AND D WARD is as it stands. Almost a week later and the membership are no closer to seeing the agreement. The PEC has spent hours amending an agreement already agreed to.

In truth the whole shebang has been a bloody shambles and we deserve better. In the long term we should ensure that nothing like this occurs again and that those culpable pay the price.

That depends. As far as we know it was only the cock up on the mon/tues that meant they were called off. We could have been on strike rest of week. Come to think of it does anybody know exactly why mon and tues strikes had to be cancelled?

No. But a Freedom of Information request costs Â£10. I'd imagine you could send one in to the CWU and ask for all details relating to the injunction, or even RM for the same thing.
