I applied last week, got three emails from them (on their platform), the last one saying:

When I open the link there's nothing. No "no available slots", no nothing, it simply sends me back to the initial/home page.
Does that mean it's too late now and they no longer have available interview slots or what?

They will send you another notification when the next document checking session is available.
I was fortunate to get a slot in the first session I was invited too. To call it an "interview" would be going too far. It's basically to take all your documentation off you to send off for your security check and to get your security pass. :-) . And also check you have a head, two legs and two arms. It's a bit go a joke really. You get given a form to fill in and answer some questions from a Royal Mail induction booklet. They even gave you a sheet telling you what page the answers where on!
No i'm working at the NWRDC in Warrington. Was working about 4 -5 shifts a week over the Christmas period. Now do about per week. Just about to hit my 12 weeks so looking forward to my pay increase lol.

Plus I don't know if you'll be at an MC but at least where I am at Peterborough MC, if you start at 14:00 then chances are you get to skip out on doing DSA.
Angard have no vetting procedure as such, so if your documents are in order you'll probably get in. To be honest, they'll take just about anyone who doesn't show up with a death certificate. They are massively over subscribed already as far as I can tell, so if they are still recruiting it is beyond a joke, and close to deception. Expect to get shifts when you are new and earning the minimum, but these will probably drop off when you hit 12 weeks. Add to that, work falls away after Easter, so no-one will be in much after that, until it starts gearing up for next Christmas. Maybe it varies in different part of the country, but my experience is they will give you a few shifts every two or three weeks, sometimes just the minimum to keep your security clearance from lapsing.
