Contact your local Branch Cwu for contact details who to contact or an RDC, or Voc to ask for an temporary transfer and gain some experience before you commit yourself. Royal Mail short of drivers there be no problem getting a job driving with a HGV 1 licence good luck.

If anyone has any advice on this I too would welcome it
I've been on the old transfer system since Jan 2011 and still watching as agency and other staff getting the nod over me.
I am in delivery and it's been a complete joke trying to cross over, then in 2012 a new online system came in and u had to apply online instead, even though I've a letter from HR STATING ID BE GIVEN pirorty, they won't advertise a job????????
