The future of distribution
I think Royal Mail are trying to move away from dedicated packet drivers as they don't want more than one van working the same area.

The future of distribution
If anything they'll probably split parcels (taking in PF) and letters/large letters/d2d as two separate businesses. If they get XMS machines in to replace all IMPs, ILSMs, CFCs and CSS then the letters/large letters/d2d could be made nearly delivery onlyDeadly wrote:I think Royal Mail are trying to move away from dedicated packet drivers as they don't want more than one van working the same area.
