At smaller hubs
We deliveries now doing some pillar boxes
Distribution now now starting half hour earlier
Talk of one wave will they use
Them do to deliver packets as well
Therefore virtually almalgimating everything again

I think Royal Mail are trying to move away from dedicated packet drivers as they don't want more than one van working the same area.

If anything they'll probably split parcels (taking in PF) and letters/large letters/d2d as two separate businesses. If they get XMS machines in to replace all IMPs, ILSMs, CFCs and CSS then the letters/large letters/d2d could be made nearly delivery only
