Missort Run Has Stopped In Our Area

Post by Senior Service »

Since the new start times the missort run for our area has stopped and shows no sign of restarting; great i hear most of you saying (me too) but it have some side effects:

1 Surely this is either contradicting USO or at the very least the intra mail. Are RM able to do this with out even informing the authorities?

2 The start early (mostly strike breakers), use their own car bridgade just love it; they can leave what they want behind and do loads of lovely overtime. Good i hear you saying again untill the poor sod the next day (mostly strikers) gets left god knows what.

3 Is this a deliberate attempt by RM to ease in late starts and buy off any waverers and keep the golden boys (strike breakers) onside?

4 I know that what is left behind is not entered on the daily report so no one knows about it.

Missorts

Post by Poshpost »

There has been no final missorts in our office since the last strike ended, and no indication of when it will start again. We have been told to expect the missorts to arrive at 08:45 when everything gets back to "normal" which is exactly one hour later than before the imposition of the later start of 06:15

We still have one and we are being kept back until 9.45 and then let out of the office, unless of course like some early starters(yes even after all thats going on they still do it) they sneak away early and leave almost 1hr before rest of us

Ours have started up again unfortunately. Its a total pain in the arse. We go out do some of the round then come back again, get the missorts and then were back out finishing our round, then going back over what we've done thanks to the missorts. Its like second deliverys have come back :evil/mad
