Well it is in our office, as we have had 5 part time staff made up too full time,
only temporarily, but if we keep doing the job properly, i think we will be able
too keep them full time permanently. And the manager admitted today that he
is short by 7 staff, part time, but short!
But he can't get the vacancies filled! Wonder why!

My DUM is at the moment replacing 40 hour contracts with P/T contracts as each full timer leaves... And thats when he decides to do anything about it!!! Slack twat!!

Same in mine and all I can tell people is to work to your 318's and cut off if you need to

2 FT starting in a few weeks at my D.O
