Does any members here still suffer from favouritism a lot? I been told that you would just have to put up with it as any complaints would get put under the carpet.

Favouritism

You will find favouritism in just about every industry in the country and that is why it is important to have rules and regulations and leave and overtime allocation. By showing favouritism a person is discriminating against the other person (people) - it can be proved and if it is based on race or gender it is discrimination. Favouritism also forms part of the bullying & harassment framework within Royal Mail and if it is taking place it is important to keep a record and diarise examples and of course liaise with your CWU Rep.
