Actually, as a collective, the staff are the major share holders.

Pisses you off that the whole business is overrun with managers. Not just Doms/line managers but managers for every single task that needs to be done. You only have to watch RMTV to see managers who's job titles don't even make any sense and yet the whole company is top heavy with them. All this and yet they can't see that managers are the least productive of all staff and are the ones who command a higher wage. Think the saying 'too many chiefs not enough Indians' was made up especially for RM.

Deliveries are their own worst enemy thanks to task and finish that many see as still being in place, the early starters doing work for free, and the runners making the rounds look too small. In contrast the mc's and dc's have no incentive to get through the work 'early' and so work to the work load, upto the point were the management need to bring in anguard to complete. IMO mc + dc will see fewer RM staff empolyed on site and more staffing to volume through agency on a day to day basis, zero hour contracts who needs them?
