Well a SSW would help full time and part time staff we could equalize the hours while making all if not most full time this would include holidays and pro rata bonuses. A 33 hour working week for no loss of pay with our meal breaks as per the the way forward agreement will benefit us all.

They could bump up part timers but with less duties they would be saying goodbye to a nunber of staff

Thanks TBT. So what I heard is true then, that 400 DOs are to close

In our area Cosham office will be closed and merged into the new PO delivery office. I can see others in the area going to and being sold off for property development - Chichester DO springs to mind
