Last month i have same case....now again...i am mad!!
Seller sent item to me from UK to Croatia using royal mail signed for international
But problem!
Royal mail sent item to CANADA!
Any chance that i will see that package ever?
please help me, any experience?

Like your previous item, it is likely to turn up eventually. The only complication being that it will have to travel via a non-EU country this time and presumably will not have the correct customs documentation for entry to Canada.
As an EU citizen you have fairly strong rights under the distance selling regulations, so if it is very late you can probably claim some money back from the seller.

I cannot tell you where your item is at the moment.
But from my experience of being a postie I would say one misdirected parcel can always happen by mistake but 2 implies some sort of systematic fault. Were both items posted by the same person/company? Do you know that they were properly addressed by the sender?

The other option is that the Canada and Croatia trollies or bags used for parcel sorting are next to one another and easily confused.
Sorry not much of this is of use to you other than making sure the sender is addressing clearly.

Hey fichakis,
Did your parcel get delivered to Croatia in the end? I have got exactly the same issue except the original destination was Netherlands .
Phoned Royal Mail and they apologized and said this sometimes happens but the parcel will get to the final destination on time. Hoping this is the case but a bit worried.
