Shameful :-(
A coroner has expressed concerns over the case of a driver who collapsed and died at the wheel after a number of collisions with a lorry on the A55.
Coroner John Hughes recorded a narrative verdict on Mr Jones, 70, from Rhyl, Denbighshire, saying he had been presented with contradictory evidence.
He also raised concerns that the lorry driver was not charged over failing to stop after the crash.
The lorry driver Neil Looker, who works for TNT, claimed Mr Jones' car had appeared out of nowhere and slammed its brakes on, making a collision unavoidable.
The inquest also heard from another driver who witnessed what happened.
He said the lorry appeared to cut the car up before the car made a "violent swerve" in front of the HGV.
