agreed, instead of negotiating this rubbish & being happy scraps the union should be going after the company on the CURRENT workload issues!feduppostie wrote:Everyone is falling for it yet again - every time we have major change something is released to makes us focus on it, this time it is 6 hr deliveries
Everyone is getting their knickers in a twist and saying no!
so what will happen is while everyone is focused on this other more damaging things will slip through the net and when it all plays out and we only get say 5 hour deliveries then much celebration yes we won! No we didn't 6 hour deliveries were never going to be a reality but by saying they are we are much more likely to accept an hour under and be happy about it even though it is longer than we currently have ( for some)
everyone needs to calm down and concentrate on the little things, those are the ones that are really going to matter
It's classic negotiating techniques and happens every single time and we fall for it every single time - promise something so horrific that all the focus is on it then give in on that while slipping everything you wanted in when they don't notice
All this talk of 6 hour deliveries is a side track off the current problems!
